چکیده
The aim of this study was to develop a new method intraspecific genetic differentiation Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, based on the detection INDEL-markers using PCR. Materials and methods. Analyzed were 308 strains from NCBI database 15 sequenced within frames study. nucleotide sequences determined MiSeq technology platform. genomes in work, as well database, assessed silico PCR with 7 pairs primers designed As result comparison genome-wide 22 Y. pseudotuberculosis author’s software (GenExpert), selected that make it possible effectively distinguish between causative agent pseudotuberculosis. Based these markers, synthesized for analysis different Analysis 323 70 vitro allowed dividing them into 30 groups. Comparison results sili co confirmed possibility proposed . data obtained, dendrogram reflecting phylogenetic relations constructed. When analyzing distribution by various clusters groups, number patterns revealed. Conducted show INDEL-typing can be used

Typing of Lymphogranuloma Venereum Chlamydia trachomatis Strains
We analyzed by multilocus sequence typing 77 lymphogranuloma venereum Chlamydia trachomatis strains from men who have sex with men in Europe and the United States. Specimens from an outbreak in 2003 in Europe were monoclonal. In contrast, several strains were in the United States in the 1980s, including a variant from Europe.
متن کاملTyping of Borrelia Relapsing Fever Group Strains
Partial sequencing of the 16S-23S rDNA intergenic spacer showed two to four genotypes each for Borrelia hermsii and B. turicatae, both relapsing fever agents transmitted by argasid ticks, and for B. miyamotoi and B. lonestari, transmitted by ixodid ticks. Field surveys of Ixodes ticks in Connecticut and Sweden showed limited local diversity for B. miyamotoi.
متن کاملIndel Reliability in Indel-Based Phylogenetic Inference
It is often assumed that it is unlikely that the same insertion or deletion (indel) event occurred at the same position in two independent evolutionary lineages, and thus, indel-based inference of phylogeny should be less subject to homoplasy compared with standard inference which is based on substitution events. Indeed, indels were successfully used to solve debated evolutionary relationships ...
